We are seeking an experienced product professional to lead our end-to-end product development process for homeware.

About the Role

The Senior Product Developer will oversee the entire product lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to bring products to market. Key responsibilities include managing cost negotiations, ensuring timely delivery of collections, and aligning with product briefs.

Main Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to drive costing and negotiation processes.
  • Manage category costs to achieve quality and margin targets.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including buyers, designers, and technical teams.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Lead a small team and foster an inclusive work environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience developing home textile products, such as bedding, cushions, and throws.
  • Strong understanding of luxury item costing and negotiating high-value partnerships with suppliers.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills to ensure timeliness.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and ethical compliance in sourcing and production.
  • Exceptional relationship cultivation and management skills.
