Fernway Partners is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in investment management or real estate investment trusts (REITs). Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the RFP Process: Oversee the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process to select a suite of new applications, leading with a new investment management system.
- Business Process Redesign: Work closely with stakeholders to scope, redefine, and optimize business processes to align with the new systems.
- Implementation Leadership: Manage the implementation of selected systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and drive efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication and project updates.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration between property management, accounting, and reporting systems.
- Support Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the implementation of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting systems, with a focus on improving accuracy and functionality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an investment management or property firm.
- Strong knowledge of property accounting processes and familiarity with property management/ERP systems (MRI, Yardi, or similar).
- Experience with AP Automation.
- Experience leading RFP processes and managing large-scale system implementations.
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting tools and management reporting systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and drive successful outcomes.
