At The Arnott\u2019s Group, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all maintenance tasks, including break-in work, PM planning, planned rebuilds, and shutdowns.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient execution of planned maintenance. They will also be responsible for coordinating with Line Engineers and scheduling trades, as well as managing contractor vendors for weekend work.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and scheduling weekend and weekday maintenance tasks
  • Setting and achieving KPI-driven targets
  • Managing purchase orders and reconciling contractor spending
  • Coordinating maintenance meetings with Line Engineers
  • Assigning planned work to trades and overseeing parts reservations for rebuilds

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. You will also need to be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
