Job Description

As a Local Community Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing support and guidance to customers through various communication channels, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers through various communication channels, including in-store, phone, and messaging.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and the local community, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Upskill and reskill to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve customer outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing business needs.
