About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking senior managers to join our team, due to company growth and expansion. As a senior manager at Lucas Restaurants, you will have the opportunity to optimize operational processes, drive the team to achieve financial targets, and contribute to the development of our crew members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior management roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Business acumen and financial management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience with Deputy (or similar attendance system) and H&L (or similar stock control system)
  • Relevant qualification in Hospitality Leadership / Management would be advantageous
