We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Ecologist & Principal Ecologist to join our team at Hunter Executive Search Consultants. As a key member of our environmental consulting team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and coordinating teams to deliver investigations and technical reports for impact assessment, ecological surveys, monitoring, bioconditional assessments, as well as weed and protected plant surveys.

• Design and implement ecological surveys and monitoring programs
• Conduct impact assessments and prepare technical reports
• Lead and manage teams of ecologists and environmental specialists
• Develop and implement project management plans
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions

• Master's degree in ecology, biology, zoology, or environmental science
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Ecologist or Principal Ecologist in Australia
• Proven track record of producing high-quality outputs and delivering projects on time and budget
• Excellent research, investigation, and written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in budget preparation and delivery of projects
• Project management experience
• A current driver's license
