In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of architectural projects from concept to completion through expert documentation and modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce meticulous architectural drawings, specifications, and detailed documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated Revit models for large-scale projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to studio standards.
  • Seamlessly manage and coordinate drawing sets and documentation with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure adherence to Australian building codes, standards, and regulations in all documentation.
  • Contribute to the studio's vibrant design culture through participation in team discussions and knowledge exchange related to technical documentation.
Requirements:
  • A portfolio showcasing large-scale project experience is essential.
  • 4+ years of demonstrable professional experience as a Technical Documenter or Drafter.
  • Proven proficiency in developing and managing complex models and documentation sets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
