Job Title: Graduate Program Professional

About This Opportunity

We are seeking a recent law graduate to join our team as a Graduate Program Professional. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training and support to set you up for success in your career.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will have ownership of a caseload and be responsible for proactively managing workflows with direct client contact.
  • Working closely with our team of immigration lawyers, you will assist in preparing and filing visa applications that meet the legal requirements.
  • You will draft legal documents and client correspondence, as well as acting as the day-to-day liaison with clients, assisting in client interviews, and completing legal research.
Requirements
  • A quick learner with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Focused on client service, working with a range of clients to understand their challenges and executing solutions
  • Process driven, possessing excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills
  • Proficient in various systems and technology
  • Accountable, with an ability to work independently and perform in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • An effective team player with a flexible and can-do work approach
