An Assistant Gymnastics Coach plays a vital role in supporting the development of young gymnasts. As a key member of our coaching team, you will assist in the setup of gymnastics equipment, ensure the safety of athletes during training, and help with administrative tasks. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our gymnastics program.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare gymnastics equipment for classes and events
  • Supervise athletes during training sessions to maintain a safe environment
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the gymnastics program
  • Monitor and address any incidents that may occur

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience in gymnastics coaching or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • First Aid and CPR certifications (or willing to obtain)
  • Positive Notice Blue Card (or willing to acquire)
  • Pursuing or willing to pursue Beginners Gymnastics Accreditation through the Y
