About the Role:
A leading office supply brand is seeking experienced forklift operators to join their warehouse team in Port Melbourne. This role offers a dynamic combination of operating forklifts, engaging in various warehouse tasks, and contributing to a supportive team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate High-Reach Forklifts Safely: Manage stock efficiently using high-reach forklifts and order pickers.
- On and Off Forklift Duties: Perform physical tasks on the warehouse floor, including stock replenishment and order picking.
- Stock Replenishment: Ensure timely inventory stocking to meet operational needs.
- Order Picking: Accurately pick orders as required, ensuring timely dispatch.
- RF Scanning: Utilise RF scanning technology to track inventory and manage stock levels effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating high-reach forklifts.
- A valid forklift licence (LF).
- Familiarity with RF scanning systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
