This role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, providing technical expertise and contributing ideas on new transactions and projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to deliver ESG financial reporting, working collaboratively with the Sustainability team and operating divisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Interpreting and planning for Australian and international sustainability reporting standards, including IFRS Sustainability Disclosures.
  • Preparing the Group's consolidated financial report twice yearly, undertaking detailed review and providing feedback on divisional group reporting pack submissions.
  • Assisting with interpreting and assessing the impacts of changes in accounting standards, exposure drafts, and industry standards.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong technical accounting background, CA / CPA qualification, and excellent communication skills to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
