Job Opportunity: Skilled Nursing Professional

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Skilled Nursing Professional to provide exceptional care to residents at our facility.

The Job Overview

As a Skilled Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services, ensuring the well-being and safety of all residents. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of each individual.

You will also be accountable for administering medications, observing and recording vital signs, and providing basic care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. This is a permanent part-time opportunity working Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 6.45am-3pm, with the ability to take extra shifts on other days if/when colleagues are on leave.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current registration as a nurse with the relevant regulatory body (required)
  • Current CPR certification (required)
  • Proven experience in nursing, preferably in a similar setting (desired)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
