Job Overview

We're seeking a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking team to provide customers with a seamless banking experience. This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and strong advocates for ANZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Evaluate compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
  • Experience using technology and promoting its benefits.
  • Multitasking skills and adaptability to change and ambiguity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
