  • Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including guests, staff, and suppliers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hospitality or retail leadership experience, ideally working across food, bars, and gaming
  • The ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Current industry RSA, RCG, and Gaming Licence qualifications
