We're seeking a full-time Senior Agile Project Manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) project delivery to join our Cloud Business Solutions, Project Delivery Team. This role will be based in our Canberra office, with flexible working arrangements on offer.
You'll be responsible for managing multiple concurrent ICT applications projects, from initiation to closure, according to our client's project management methodology. You'll need to communicate effectively with various audiences, have strong presentation skills, and be able to work in a cohesive team.
Responsibilities- Facilitate the refinement and definition of project scope, based on the approved project brief and costing, with business and ICT teams.
- Negotiate and manage access to and performance of ICT resources across a matrixed organisation.
- Prepare project management artefacts, including ICT Delivery Plan, Project Change Requests, project status reports, project financial spend phasings and forecasts, risk register, issue register, and change register.
- Facilitate the review and approval of technical artefacts, such as user/functional specifications.
- Lead regular project status meetings involving all Agency stakeholders.
- Act as the first point of contact for risks, issues, and conflicts between ICT teams and between ICT and business.
- 6-10 years Agile Project Management experience in IT Project Delivery & Consulting.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) Project Delivery.
- Minimum Australian Citizenship is a MUST to apply.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to effectively recognise and adapt to change.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community.
