Job Title: Director, Kununurra

About the Role:

One Tree Community Services is seeking an experienced Director to lead our early childhood education centre in Kununurra. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education in a remote Aboriginal community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to provide a child-centered approach to early childhood education.
  • Develop and implement centre policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with staff, families, and community to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Manage centre resources, including budgeting and staff performance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in early childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
  • Experience in a managerial role or extensive 2IC experience.
  • Current WA Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
  • Valid driver's licence and First Aid & CPR certificates.
