About the role

You'll work closely with trades and businesses as a retail sales assistant, delivering exceptional customer service in-store and in the warehouse. No prior experience is needed, just a passion for helping others and a commitment to learning and professional development.

Your day-to-day

  • Pick orders, load delivery vehicles, and deliver goods safely and efficiently.
  • Utilize our in-house technology to track, submit, and complete delivery runs accurately.
  • Assist in branch stock management activities to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and over-the-counter sales support to customers.
  • Be an integral team member, working collaboratively to achieve our goals.

About you

  • No prior experience is required; we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
  • A clean car driver's license is essential for this role.
  • BASIC computer skills are necessary for managing our technology.
  • A commitment to learning and professional development will help you grow with our company.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
