About The Role:

  • Our ideal candidate will have expertise in drafting and reviewing complex wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
  • They will advise clients on estate administration, probate proceedings, and asset protection strategies.
  • Responsibilities will include conducting legal research, staying updated on relevant laws, and providing innovative solutions to clients.
  • The successful candidate will manage and resolve disputes related to wills and estates, including mediation and litigation when necessary.
  • They will build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Our team will collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive legal services.
  • The ideal candidate will participate in professional development activities, staying abreast of industry trends, and contributing to the firm's growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A current Practising Certificate
  • Minimum of 1-3 years PAE in Wills & Estates law
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary package ($130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience)
