About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Attendant to join our friendly team at Mount Gambier Hotel.
  • You will provide outstanding customer service, taking orders, serving beverages, and delivering dishes with speed and efficiency.
  • Your attention to detail will ensure the bar and dining areas remain spotless, creating a welcoming space for all.
  • You will handle cash and transactions accurately, ensuring seamless service.
  • Working closely with your colleagues, you will maintain a positive atmosphere and optimize operational efficiency.

About You:

  • You possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification and have experience handling drinks and diners.
  • Gaming certificates are highly valued, and experience with GFR Pro is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in F&B service, such as bar work, waiting, or barista roles, is essential.
  • You exude warmth and top-notch communication skills, making you the friendly face people remember.
  • While prior hospitality experience is advantageous, we also welcome passionate individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings.
  • You can adapt to flexible hours, particularly nights and weekends, and appreciate the value of teamwork.
  • You are detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to continuously improving your performance.
