Christmas Casual Opportunities

We're seeking enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as Christmas Casuals. As a key contributor to the success of our stores, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during the peak period.


Job Description

As a Christmas Casual, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor, and supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.


Key Responsibilities
  • Help across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
  • Provide a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
  • Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
  • Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Requirements
  • You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
  • Customer focused and results driven.
  • You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
