Multifaceted Customer Service Expert

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, building rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds and delivering great customer service experiences.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience and be willing to work in smoking areas. They will also possess current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualifications.
Job Responsibilities:- Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
- Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
- Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno
- Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; and
- Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.
- Must be willing to work in smoking areas
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential
- Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
