Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist old age psychiatry services within inpatient settings.
  • Participate in and lead a multidisciplinary team, reporting to the Clinical Director Mental Health Services.
  • Undertake supervision, education, and training of junior medical staff.
  • Make the most of health information systems and review clinical documentation to improve care.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to meet patient needs.
  • Participate in clinical governance activities.
