The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Development Manager based in our Macquarie office. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in creating, developing, and implementing clinical strategies for our products.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and contributing to clinical program strategies that support product approval and lifecycle management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align portfolio strategies with business objectives.
- Designing clinical investigations, overseeing study documentation, and maintaining clinical strategies.
- Supporting training initiatives to ensure compliance and alignment across study sites.
- Engaging in data collation, analysis, and clinical alignment to bridge knowledge gaps.
- Advocating for portfolio strategies and optimizing collaboration across project teams.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a background in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. A degree-level education (preferably health-related or science) is also required. You will need to demonstrate expertise in study design and knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., ISO13485, ISO14155, MDR, FDA21CFR820).
A strong report writing and technical communication skillset is essential. Additionally, you should be resilient, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with familiarity with data management and interpretation.
