We are seeking a seasoned Post Creative Strategist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for driving business results through innovative social media strategies, leveraging their expertise in consumer trends, influencer marketing, and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing fundamentals, including customer research, brand strategy, and social listening. They will possess the ability to craft compelling content calendars, analyze data and research to find valuable consumer insights, and bring the consumer's world to life for creative teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Customer Experience Strategies: Create end-to-end customer experience strategies, including customer research, vision & design.
  • Tactical Social Strategies: Design and implement tactical social, content, and influencer strategies that drive sales and change hearts and minds.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze data and research to find interesting consumer insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Content Creation: Craft content calendars, caption banks, and trendjacking posts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Community Management: Manage community management and social listening to deeply understand people's behaviors on different social platforms.
  • Consumer Understanding: Bring the consumer's world to life for creative teams and clients by articulating effective strategic rationale and logic flow.
