Digital Professional

We are seeking an experienced Digital Professional to drive our online presence forward. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing our website's design and development, ensuring that it is user-centric, accessible and up-to-date.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the maintenance and enhancement of our website's content, layout, and functionality
- Develop and implement digital projects, including campaigns and integrations with third-party services
- Create engaging digital experiences across various platforms, such as CMS, intranet, and mobile apps
- Analyse website traffic and performance data to inform strategic decisions and improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge web presence
- Develop and implement SEO strategies and web standards
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to provide expert advice and support on digital matters
- Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Digital Media or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital content management or a related role
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore XP or similar)
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools
- Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma or Canva
- Excellent communication and project management skills
