About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Lismore. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient transportation of goods to our stores.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, performing general labor tasks, and distributing products to stores. You will also be required to present a professional work environment and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading goods from vehicles, including furniture items;
  • Performing general labor tasks, such as processing donations and maintaining warehouse cleanliness;
  • Distributing goods to stores and assisting retail staff where necessary;
  • Using electronic devices to complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records;
  • Maintaining safe working practices and adhering to vehicle maintenance schedules;
  • Completing pre-start checks and reporting any incidents or near misses;
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience operating a medium rigid vehicle;
  • A current Australian driver's license (medium rigid preferred but not essential);
  • Proven driving skills and a commitment to safe working practices;
  • Previous experience in multi-drop, courier, or furniture removal (an advantage);
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
