Cyber Security Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Exposure Manager to lead our efforts in measuring and reporting on cyber exposures across Asahi Beverages' operations. This key role will play a pivotal part in enhancing our security posture and ensuring compliance with operational, regulatory, and security standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive exposure management program to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to prioritize and address vulnerabilities effectively.
- Own and manage applications used for exposure management, ensuring they align with industry standards.
- Foster a culture of security awareness and collaboration across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices relevant to cyber risk management.
To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in measuring and managing cyber exposures, ideally within a large-scale enterprise or technology-driven environment. You will possess a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, promoting a culture of security awareness and collaboration. You will also bring:
- Previous experience in security operations or vulnerability management, including exposure measurement and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with security tools and platforms related to exposure management and remediation.
- A strong technical background in assessing vulnerabilities and recommending effective remediation strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- A solid understanding of security compliance standards and best practices relevant to cyber risk management.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and enhancing the organization's cyber security posture.
