Technical Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Commercial Tech Operations Squad as a Technical Lead. As a key member of the team, you will drive our company's strategy by ensuring technical excellence and innovation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and steer project directions. Establishing and improving technical standards and practices aligned with ITIL principles will be crucial in delivering high-quality, business-aligned solutions.

About the Role

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading Salesforce solutions, particularly leveraging Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ, to enhance our CRM for commercial operations.

Your expertise in Salesforce development, including leadership roles, will be invaluable in driving business outcomes. Experience with Vlocity, Salesforce Media Cloud, or Salesforce Industries CPQ is highly desirable.

  1. Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects.
  2. Mastery of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript, and APIs.
  3. Strong mentoring and coaching skills to develop engineering talent.
  4. Designing scalable and performant software solutions that meet business needs.
  5. Salesforce Certifications such as OmniStudio, Industries CPQ, Administrator, and Platform Developer.
