We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Retail Manager to lead our team at a leading pharmacy chain. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure efficient store operations, and drive sales through effective merchandising and marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through hands-on leadership.
- Create visually appealing displays and execute marketing campaigns to maximise sales.
- Supervise a team of Pharmacy assistants and oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with stock management, administration, and business financial reporting needs.
- Leadership skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Experience working with budgets and KPIs.
- Ability to work as part of a team and confidence in providing leadership.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer skills including operating POS systems.
- A genuine passion for retail pharmacy; previous pharmacy experience is highly regarded.
- Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy is highly regarded.
