As an Occupational Therapist Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 therapists in a state-of-the-art clinic. This role offers a unique opportunity to empower clients of all ages and backgrounds to thrive in their daily lives.

Job Description

This leadership position involves overseeing and supporting a team of Occupational Therapists, providing clinical supervision, conducting performance appraisals, and fostering professional development. You will also maintain a reduced caseload focused on paediatric clients or a combination of paediatric, teenage, and adult clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 4+ years postgraduate experience
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
