Outside of School Hours Service Manager

This role involves managing a service that provides before and after school care and holiday programs to support local families.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a difference in children's lives and building strong, positive relationships. Experience in childcare or OSHC is desirable but not essential.
- Create engaging programs for children aged 5 - 12 years old
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with the school community as the face of the company
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and career growth within the industry
- Oversee compliance and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the service
Programs and Services
- Before and After School Care: Provide high-quality care and activities for children during out-of-school hours
- Holiday Programs: Offer fun and engaging experiences for children during school holidays
Requirements
- A recognised qualification in child-related work or currently studying towards one
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and checks
