Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Professional – Lifecycle to support customer engagement and retention initiatives.

About the Position
  • Support effective use of customer engagement platforms to enhance marketing campaigns and foster lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers to ensure campaign quality, data compliance, and platform optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute lifecycle campaigns including creative briefing, copywriting, and content development within CRM systems.
  • Analyse data requirements and support campaign execution aligned with platform capabilities.
  • Monitor platform usage and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide training and support to superusers and Content teams on platform best practices.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a CRM role, with exposure to platforms like Braze, Adobe, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory); front-end development skills (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and data privacy regulations.
  • Basic project management skills with ability to prioritise and coordinate across stakeholders.
