At Uniting, we are seeking enthusiastic Educators to provide quality education and care to children in our North Parramatta Outside School Hours Care service. Our engaging programs are designed to enhance the skills your child learns at school, while keeping them engaged and entertained.

Our service operates before and after school care, as well as vacation care, and we are looking for Educators who are passionate about working with children of all ages.

As an Educator with Uniting, you will be part of a diverse team that is committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment for children and families. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of creative and recreational activities, and to support the ongoing development of the children in your care.

We are looking for Educators who are able to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members, and who are passionate about working in a team environment. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with children, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality education and care to children in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework
  • Supervise children and ensure their safety
  • Support the ongoing development of the children
  • Participate in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the centre
  • Foster relationships with families and children throughout the centre

Requirements:

  • Be passionate about working with all age groups
  • Have a good knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families and community members
  • Believe in positive team spirit and be able to work in a diverse team
