Sales Director Leadership Opportunity in Brisbane

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at W Brisbane, located in the heart of Brisbane City. As a Sales Director, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our property, while also developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to lead our Sales team and drive business results. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales plans, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business results
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to Sales team members
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance data
- Competitive salary package, estimated around AUD 120,000 - 150,000 per annum, depending on experience
