Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Work collaboratively with other concession, floor managers, and cluster managers to achieve business objectives.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager who possesses:

  • A proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower their team.
  • An understanding of commercial acumen and the ability to interpret financial reports.
