We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Business Operations team as a key partner in driving revenue growth in the APAC market. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging tools and systems to evaluate ad product and revenue performance across the entire Ad Sales business.
Key Responsibilities- Directly manage a team of analysts to support and drive revenue in accordance with Spotify's sales strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Business Operations, Finance, Sales Operations, and Product, to support Sales efforts and meet/exceed revenue goals.
- Leverage data analysis and reporting to inform yield management strategies and ensure alignment with larger Spotify financial targets.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to share best practices and drive a well-rounded strategy for ad revenue generation in the APAC region.
As an expert in digital media operations, you will be responsible for creating systems, processes, and reporting to ensure critical revenue and inventory insights are shared quickly and clearly to internal constituents.
About You- You have a minimum of 8+ years of experience leading Media Planning, Pricing, and/or Digital Inventory and Yield for an Ad Agency, Publisher, Platform, Network or Ad Tech Vendor.
- Able to create and implement strategies that drive growth, optimizing pricing and accurately reporting on business performance.
- Thorough understanding of the adsales pitch-to-pay process, specifically in the APAC region and in the Australia marketplace.
- Experience working with business intelligence/dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Google BigQuery, and/or other similar systems.
