We offer a highly competitive salary package to attract and retain top talent in the field. As Centre Director, you can expect to earn a minimum salary of $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation, benefits, and a generous childcare discount.

Your Role: Centre Director

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for managing and developing your own centre, guiding a team of educators, and driving business growth. You will work closely with the Centre Leadership team to achieve operational excellence, improve quality, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of educators
  • Drive business growth through effective financial management and strategic planning
  • Improve quality and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision making

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
