Job Overview

We seek a professional to connect members with life-changing financial guidance, bridging the gap between members and our expert planners.

This vital role ensures that members receive the right advice at the right time.

The Opportunity
  • Receive and triage member requests through our Service Excellence Centre
  • Determine appropriate advice types and service packages tailored to individual member needs
  • Schedule appointments and prepare comprehensive client files using XPLAN software
  • Coordinate implementation of agreed advice strategies, including applications and follow-up
  • Support our planning team with CRM administration and training
  • Contribute to seminars and workplace presentations

As a collaborative professional, you will work closely with both members and planners, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery throughout the advice process.

About You

Our ideal candidate is an organised professional with experience in administrative or associate roles, ideally within financial services. They possess strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously, and meet deadlines consistently.

They also have experience with financial planning software (XPLAN knowledge beneficial) and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Essential Qualifications

Completed or currently studying towards a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning or Diploma of Financial Planning with CPD maintained qualification.
