Job Role

This role is responsible for supporting the growth of Inari Medical within Stryker.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering life-changing vascular intervention outcomes and driving business success.

  • Deliver expert clinical and technical support during live procedures.
  • Provide education, hands-on training, and continuous support for hospital staff across your region.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to drive adoption and support account growth.
  • Foster relationships with key clinical stakeholders.
  • Participate in an on-call roster to provide after-hours/weekend procedural support as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support:

  • Support theatre nursing, cath lab, or interventional radiology teams with expert knowledge.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical and technical support to ensure patient care excellence.

Education and Training:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive educational programs for hospital staff.
  • Provide hands-on training and mentorship to ensure clinical skills are up-to-date.

Business Development:

  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive account growth and customer engagement.

Communication:

  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Background in theatre nursing, cath lab, or interventional radiology essential.
  • Experience in clinical support or a hospital/procedural setting; medical device or healthcare experience advantageous.
  • Commercial mindset – able to align clinical value with business goals.
  • Confident communicator and educator, able to influence and guide clinical teams.
  • Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-call support outside of standard hours.
