The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Asset & Systems team, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of cost-effective maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with business objectives, and providing exceptional support to our operational teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Asset & Systems Superintendent, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of maintenance strategies.
  • Develop and maintain cost-effective maintenance strategies, aligning with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Maintain Mainpac asset data integrity, adhering to Qube Master Data Standards, and escalating any necessary adjustments.
  • Develop, manage, and alter maintenance strategies for assets, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Report maintenance compliance and implement improvement strategies, driving continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Create, update, and remove asset information, deployment schedules, manuals, and other specifications in Mainpac, ensuring site needs are met.
  • Ensure sites have access to all updated Mainpac records, promoting seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop ongoing rapport with operational teams, engaging with sites to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Support and develop new site team members in the operation of Mainpac, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and expertise.
  • Provide Mainpac reporting as required by Qube leadership, including cost, hours, and other specific KPIs.
  • Support data entry for Life Cycle Costing (LCC) cost reviews, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Perform system data entry or administration as required to support site requirements, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • Secondary or tertiary education.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in systems maintenance, site administration, accounts payable/receivable, data entry, or compliance coordination.
  • Prior experience within the mining, logistics, and/or heavy transportation industries is preferred.
  • Prior experience using Mainpac IT systems is preferred.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, data entry, and working across spreadsheets.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects, driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to pick up internal systems (IT) quickly, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment, driving results and promoting a culture of excellence.
