Job Summary

We are seeking talented System Administrators to join our team in Melbourne CBD, Scoresby and Canberra. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining large-scale operational systems
  • Providing level 2/3 support to users and customer management personnel on systems technical issues
  • Defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, drawing valid conclusions and preparing appropriate reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • A desire to support mission-critical classified programs
  • Systems administration experience in UNIX, Windows or Oracle
  • Virtual server administration experience
  • Patch management experience using WSUS
  • Scripting experience in Active Perl or PowerShell

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
