  • Utilise tools available to keep yourself up to date with the latest products so you can share that knowledge with your customer.
  • Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention.
  • Ensure visual merchandising is maintained and the store is visually presented in accordance to brand standards.
  • Live and role model our values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be proactive with good problem-solving skills, have a natural optimism and helpful enthusiasm in everything they do, flexibility to work weekends and extended trading hours, and embodying our passion for our brands and customer-obsessed culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through great service, excellent product knowledge, and a seamless point of sale transaction.
  • Store Operations: Contribute to the smooth operations of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain and implement visual merchandising standards across the store.
