About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist customers with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring they have access to nutritious food and groceries.
  • Offer social support and companionship to customers, engaging them in activities and conversations to promote their mental and emotional well-being.
  • Provide respite and emotional support to customers and their families, helping to alleviate stress and anxiety.
  • Transport customers to appointments and social events, ensuring they have access to essential services and activities.
Requirements
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, to meet the needs of our customers.
