Early Learning Facilitator

An ideal candidate will possess a passion for early childhood education and have the ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver play-based activities that promote children's learning and growth.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring the physical space is clean and well-organized.
  • Demonstrate professional maturity and approachability when interacting with children, families, and colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold or be studying towards an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification.
  • Possess a current Working with Children's Check and relevant certifications (Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, First Aid).
