About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse at Regis, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents and clients, providing high-quality care and support in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents to identify their care needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of residents
  • Provide direct care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and mobility assistance
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience working in aged care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference in the lives of others
