We are seeking an experienced Liability Insurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing in-depth analysis and expert advice on professional indemnity and general liability insurance matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of insurance documents and policies to ensure compliance and optimal coverage
  • Analyse complex evidence and prepare detailed reports on indemnity, liability, and quantum
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage files, meet deadlines, and organise critical documents
  • Provide clear and concise communication with clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Brief experts, analyse opinions, and identify key issues to inform decision-making
  • Draft high-quality court documents, including statements of evidence, and communicate effectively with other practitioners
  • Prepare for court appearances, manage online processes, and stay up-to-date with industry regulations, case law, and emerging trends in professional indemnity law
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has 3-8 years of experience in defendant insurance work, with a proven track record of handling cases successfully and achieving favourable outcomes for insurers and insureds.
