This role involves conceptualising, creating, and delivering engaging content across all internal communication channels, as well as supporting broader People & Culture communications activities to inform, connect, and inspire employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, producing, and creating engaging employee-focused content consistent with our employer branding, facilitating employee engagement. Key responsibilities include planning content with the Internal Communications team, Employee Experience team, and wider People & Culture teams; interpreting and simplifying complex information to build content suitable for our broad audience of employees; delivering a clean and consistent employer brand identity with guidelines for Milwaukee and TTI ANZ; working with the internal production team to develop and share Milwaukee-branded assets; and utilising Employee insights in a process of continuous optimisation to better employee experience and communications.
