About the Role

This fixed-term contract role requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline
  • Significant experience in project management within HR or IR contexts
  • Proven experience leading or supporting enterprise agreement negotiations and implementations
  • A strong understanding of industrial relations legislation, modern awards, and EA processes
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including experience working with unions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex IR concepts into clear language
  • High attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with confidentiality
