- Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA Registration
- Adaptive communication skills to engage with varied participants, stakeholders, and staff members
- Genuine empathy, kindness, and passion towards helping people achieve their goals of independence
- Demonstrated experience working within the NDIS and/or Aged Care Frameworks and billable targets
- Demonstrated experience using a variety of assessment tools and completing complex reports
