About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive sales and achieve operational excellence in our store.

  • As Store Manager, you will oversee the efficient operation of the store, ensuring optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Motivating a team to achieve optimal results in KPIs & added value targets across stores
  • Closely monitoring store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets - acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas of missed opportunity
  • Effectively managing the wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards
  • Coaching and mentoring the team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development by ensuring training and succession plans are in place
  • Ensuring efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national OH&S legislation
What We Need From You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1 + years retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A motivated and driven attitude
  • A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed
  • The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and have a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs
  • Being operationally excellent and experienced with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Experience with effectively managing a roster and wage control
